Our normal support hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CET. Please be patient for a response if your email is sent outside of these times. If you contact us on Saturday or Sunday, we'll get back to you on Monday.
What our support team can and can’t help with
We’re here to support you with questions about your order, returns, warranty replacements, and general product info. However, there are a few things that fall a bit outside the scope of our Customer Support team:
Device troubleshooting or diagnostics
We provide guides and parts, but we can’t diagnose issues or say exactly which part needs replacing. For help figuring that out, check out our Answers Forum or connect with a local repair professional.
Shipping time estimates, shipping cost estimates or tax estimates
These will be shown automatically before checkout if you'd like to get an idea before placing your order.
Changes to orders after they ship
Once an order is on its way, we can’t make any changes to the address, shipping speed, or contents.
Sending products between storefronts
Each regional storefront ships to different countries. If you see an item listed in a storefront that doesn't ship to your country, we won’t be able to send it to you from that region, even as a one-time exception.
Invoice or VAT adjustments (EU only)
We can’t modify invoices after an order has been placed or refund VAT differences.
